Deliveries are made during business hours only and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the gift, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find someone to accept delivery (an accepting signature is required) and the address can be located, a calling card will be left in the letterbox for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or arrange re-delivery.

RETURNS
Unwanted, unsuitable or faulty goods can be returned to JÄNCOLATIER by the customer or gift recipient and we aim to make this process as simple as possible.
Unwanted / Unsuitable Goods - Your Rights To Cancel An Order
Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 10 days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Prior to returning the item, please contact us by e-mail: jancolatier@gmail.com to receive a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked upon return. This code should then be included with the returned item. We recommend you return your item using a delivery company with a tracking service to be absolutely sure the items arrive back to our returns section.
In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), perishable goods (including food hamper items) or customised goods made according to custom specifications (i.e. personalised gifts) may not be returned. We are unable to exchange/refund some items such as earrings, grooming products, underwear, bath products, pillows due to hygiene and safety reasons.
This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
